The goal of IONS® Orlando 2019 is to support the next generation of optics professionals through professional development workshops, networking events, and job and internship placement. Over 150 students have already registered (50% UCF, 50% non-UCF; 50% PhDs, 12% MS, 20% BS, 18% AS).

IONS® Orlando 2019 will benefit conference partners by increasing company visibility and facilitating professional connections with attendees. The culmination of IONS® Orlando will be an optics career fair. Sponsorship opportunities are detailed below.

Diamond ($4000+) 2 available

All sponsors in this category receive:

  • Premier logo placement – Large logo on T-shirts1, website, and program; link on IONS® website; whole-page program advertisement
  • Premier app placement – Placement at top of company list and banner ad in conference app, Career Fair Plus
  • Exhibition booth – Display table during technical sessions; product demos and promotional hand-outs
  • Social day visibility – Joint sponsorship of trip to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center
